The 3 steps to follow when using
Ink Preparation and Printing
After opening the container, mix the ink thoroughly until it is uniform.If necessary, adjust the viscosity with water. Keep the ink well mixed during printing
Drying & Curing Conditions
Inks containing a hardener must be used within 4 hours and must not be used after the storage period has expired. After printing, place the printed material in an oven set to 60°C–70°C for 5–8 hours to ensure it is completely dry.
Storage and Security
Storage conditions:Avoid light, keep cool and ventilaion.

Fast Build-Up Thickness
Water-based ink delivers excellent build-up thickness with fewer printing passes, creating a bold and dimensional print effect. It provides strong coverage and a full, raised appearance while maintaining smooth and consistent print quality, making it ideal for applications that require high-density and eye-catching designs.
Excellent Yellowing Resistance
Achieves Grade 3–4 yellowing resistance, helping maintain stable and clean colors over time. The ink resists yellowing and discoloration, making it ideal for white, light-colored and high-brightness prints where long-lasting color stability is essential.
100,000+ Times Bending Resistance
Designed for excellent flexibility, the ink can withstand more than 100,000 bending cycles without cracking or peeling. Its strong elasticity allows the printed surface to move naturally with the fabric, making it especially suitable for high-end footwear and other products that experience frequent bending and stretching.
Screen Mesh Selection
Select the appropriate screen mesh count based on the required ink thickness, design detail, and opacity. Generally, screens with a lower mesh count are better suited for printing with thick ink, while screens with a higher mesh count are better suited for printing detailed designs.
Prevent Screen Drying
Water-based ink may dry on the screen if it is exposed to air for a long time. If printing is only paused for a short period, keep the screen covered with water-based ink to prevent the mesh from clogging. If printing will be paused for a longer period, clean the screen promptly.
Squeegee Selection
Use a suitable squeegee, typically 60–75 Shore A, according to the required ink deposit and printing detail. Softer blades are generally preferred for thicker ink deposits, while harder blades provide better control for fine details.
Avoid Cross-Contamination
Do not mix different ink systems, series, or curing agents unless compatibility has been verified. Even small amounts of incompatible materials may affect viscosity, adhesion, drying, or final performance.
