Stir Thoroughly Before Printing
During storage, components such as silver powder, pearlescent powder, pigments, and matting agents in the ink are prone to settling. Please stir the ink thoroughly before use to prevent abnormalities such as color discrepancies and uneven gloss. Before application, filter the ink through a suitable filter screen to prevent cosmetic defects such as dust spots or lint in the paint film.
Testing Conditions for Ink Physical Properties
Bake at 60°C to 80°C for 4 to 8 hours, then allow to stand at room temperature for 24 hours before conducting physical property tests.
Shelf Life
Ink mixed with a hardener must be used within 4 hours; do not use it after the expiration date.
Storage Conditions
The recommended storage temperature for ink is 10°C–30°C. The storage environment should be dry, well-ventilated, and cool. Under these conditions, the ink can be stored for 24 months. If the storage period is exceeded, the ink may be tested according to its physical and chemical parameters; if it still meets technical requirements, it may be used.
